To Whom It May Concern,

There may come a time when a family hears that dreaded scream "There's a bat in the house!" Well it happened to us at 1:30am and we closed the bathroom door and planned our strategy. After one attempt to find it we decided to contact someone who knew what they were doing. The next morning we searched the Yellow Pages and found Chris Percha of Michigan Wildlife Management.

Chris was prompt to respond and soon discovered five possible entry points our attic and space above the garage. He also determined we had 35-50 bats in the attic area. Chris quickly sealed the entry points and installed a one way trap door that allowed all the bats to exit but they could not get back in. Within a day or two the bats were all gone but Chris continued to monitor and inspect all entry points. This follow-up by Chris is what convinced us that we had picked a "winner". He was constantly available by cell any time of the day or night and he responded quickly when called.

Shortly after the bat incident we had occasion to call Chris on squirrels above our garage. Within two days Chris had caught the culprits and we once again had a sigh of relief. It's amazing to see how quickly the problems are eliminated when you call a true professional. We do not hesitate in recommending Chris to others, as he is very good at what he does and he is even a nice guy!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

The Walled Lake City Library has several extensive flower gardens, with perennials blooming in secession and annuals in front. Everything looked wonderful until the moles moved in. They riddled the gardens with their tunnels, dislodging perennials and bulbs. Because we are a library, with children visiting constantly, we did not want to use poisons or obvious traps. We tried many "home and natural remedies" without success.

We then called Chris Percha of Michigan Wildlife Management. Chris is very professional, knowledgeable of the habits of moles and how to remove them, reasonably priced and respectful of our request that the traps be placed discretely.

We first hired Chris to remove our moles three years ago and he has kept our gardens free of them ever since.

To Whom It May Concern,

We have been employing Michigan Wildlife Management at our community for the purpose removing nuisance wildlife (birds, raccoons, skunks, etc.) from our grounds and buildings for approximately two years. We have nothing but great things to say about the quality of work performed. The owner, Chris Percha, is always friendly and professional when we call and also prompt and reliable with completing the work that we request. He does an excellent job and even follows up with us to make sure that we are satisfied. It's comforting to know we a have a company like Michigan Wildlife Management available to help us at any hour day or night and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sincerely,

Michelle Stephen

Dear Chris,

I'd like to take this means to thank you again for your quick and effective handling of my "skunk problem" last weekend.

Although it was a Saturday, you came to our property immediately and at the time when you said you'd be
there (I REALLY appreciated that),
analyzed the
situation quickly, and took effective action.
My problem was resolved by Sunday morning when
you again returned (again when you said you would)
and removed the offending animal.
Your follow up visit on Monday "clinched" the matter.

It was apparent from our discussion that you are very knowledgeable
about animals, and very professional in your dealings
with the - and with your customers.

Again, I appreciated your quick handling of my problem
and wish you good luck. I'll be pleased to call
you again should I have another problem.
